This hotel is a real gem! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect - it was close to all the attractions and temples, but comfortably away from the busy areas.
No complaints, everything was just perfect!

The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions in Nikko. Whether you're interested in visiting the temples or exploring the natural beauty of the area, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel is also nicely tucked away from the busy areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
All was well, with nothing warranting improvement.

Found a good deal for Easter weekend, which included breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in a Japanese style room, and the onsen was great! The location was perfect for exploring the area, close to the river and mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with information on nearby attractions.
The room was quite dated, with old VHS tapes instead of DVDs. The carpet and furniture could have used a replacement.

The ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway. The sound of the waterfalls and the chirping of the birds made for a wonderful experience. The tatami room was cozy and spacious, with a green tea set and snacks laid out perfectly. The area is secluded, making it the ideal spot for couples who want privacy.
The hotel was a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop, and although there was a shuttle service, it would have been nice if it was more frequent. The location being off the city center made it a bit of a challenge to find snacks outside of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, ideal for those looking for a relaxing stay, and is easily accessible by bus. It is within walking distance of several temples and attractions, making it perfectly located to explore the city. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with simple yet traditional decor. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive to guests' needs. Both breakfast and dinner served in a private room were delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from.
The sound insulation between rooms could be better, as some noise from the neighboring rooms can be heard.
